So I don’t wanna p*ss you guys off with how tough it is poolside so I’m gonna go wintery (for today at least) with a cold weather wardrobe story.
Did you hear? I quite like a thigh boot. Shocking news I know.

There are only two people who like boots more than me.
First up is the queen of random, Nicole Skirtswinger…

And the second is Santa! But more on his boot crush tomorrow. He wishes he could get away with those super high gartered numbers.

Shamazeballs! I’ve been wanting to talk about them for two weeks.
Those crazeballs suspender thigh boots that nicole wore on the X Factor final were from Karen K.

They are approximately a gazillion dollars but you can buy them here.
I obviously had to ~~photoshop something together~~ make my own miniature versions….

Rylan Style

Ohmygod, Babes! I can’t believe Rylan is totes out the X Factor.
But he had a great run didn’t he? I absolutely love RyRy. Can we start calling him that? I reckon so.

When I saw all that houndstooth on Saturday night…

I instantly thought…
1. That outfit is shamazeballs.
2. Must do a houndstooth special this week.

And…
3. Henry Holland is dying right now.

I was also left feeling a little sad knowing that it was probably the last Saturday night show for Rylan.
Is there really any point watching anymore?

I’ve been on Team Rylan since day one.

Despite the tears and the dramz he is incredibly likeable. And although I was loathe to admit it at first isn’t that dissimilar to me.

We both fit that delicious, extra tall, slightly shrieky, ~~ever so slightly~~ ridonculously camp, homosexual mould. And we both get the joke!

We’ve both had interesting blonde moments!

As for fashion, I’m quite okay with being an overly fashionable cartoon character. If its ok for Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Jessie J then why shouldn’t it be ok for me and Ry?

Indeed last week in Berlin I wore what will now be known as my “80s Eurotrash Disco Rylan Style” studded jumper. Gorgeois!

Rylan will do the best out of any of this year’s contestants and totally deserves the success. Go Team Rylan!

The White Tuxedo

Has a white tuxedo ever looked so good?

Nicole Shirtlifter looked incredible on last night’s X Factor. Obviously I’m a superfan but last night was my fave look of the series so far.
Yes she’s bonkers and clearly on some kinda Judy Garland cocktail of uppers for Saturday nights and downers for Sundays’ Results Shows but check out that suit!

Ridonculously hot!
This week’s top bonkersness was when she talked about Rylan spraying his love on the stage. I heart you Nicole!

PS. Out of interest (to nobody I’m sure) I haven’t photoshopped this image at all. I did a tiny crop but nothing else. A spotlight and a flash. It even made my backdrop go see through (see top left corner). That is how bright that suit is! I imagine Nicole’s was the same.

Imagine my delight when the two were combined for last night’s X Factor.
Throw in a catsuit and…

Wow!
I’m loving Nicole on the X Factor this year. She is bringing a whole load of bonkersness to the show, much missed since the departure of Kelly Poundland. Last night she brought the madness (and the crimpers) with an amazing Julien Macdonald sequinned catsuit. Mmmm. You flick your weave girl!

While her outfit was totally crazeballs she was nowhere near as nutty as she was last week, and I quote…

I’m going to be a little tough on you boys because even though it was sweet, it was like, you know, a slice of warm apple pie, I wanted you to chuck on some ice cream, shake things up, sprinkle some tabasco on there. I need something else from you boys, I need somebody to rub baby oil all over your bodies.

From one diva to….
Well obviously I wanted today’s post to be about lovely Leeds lass, Nicola Adams who won gold at t’lympics in lady boxing. As it’s a proper sport, I didn’t just want to have two dolls in gym kit fighting over a handbag but equally, as discussed in length on Twitter last night, it is impossible to find miniature boxing gloves in a hurry…. Boxing Barbie will have to wait. In the meantime, congratulations to Nicola, another great Leeds export along with me and Mel B…

So I’m totally hooked on Misha B’s debut single Home Run. (How is that linked? What am I on?)Totally hooked! I know it’s been out forever (15th June, thanks wiki) but it just won’t go away. Well. On my radio at least, which isn’t a French radio, sorry Misha, not big in France yet. But big in hair at least! I think the big hair is my main attraction. Imagine her without it…

Publicity stunt? I’ll show you a publicity stunt! Tulisa. Dirty dirty girl. I say dirty. I have no problem with her making a sex tape. She just looks dirty. Like proper, dirty. I wanna hose her down…. With nail varnish remover. Well that’s what removes make up (and eyebrows) on the dolls and Tulisa looks like she needs a good soak and scrub. I love the denial earlier in the week. I love the YouTube “poor me” video but more than anything I love these chav-tastic boots I bought in Brooklyn that I thought the dolls would never wear.So she’s a publicity whore? Tell me something I don’t know. It was part of her job description on xTube, no wait, xFactor!

Miss Rowland rocked on Rock Night last night on the X Factor. In the littlest of LBDs she looked fierce and fabulous in leather. I would still like her hair to get its own ITV2 spinoff show. Last night’s Donna Summer weave was particularly impressive.

We thought that a wine coloured scarf would keep us warm yesterday, but it turned out that red wine itself was a much more practical insulator. We may have a slightly fuzzy head but a few bubbles should clear that up. A fabulous pair of gold heels and a slinky leopard dress make the perfect combination for a night in front of the X Factor, don’t you think?

Wow wow wow. How amazing did Kelly Rowland look last night on the X Factor? Sure, Tulisa made it easier by dressing as a wind up ballerina from a jewelry box and Katy Perry (who sounded amazing) looked a lot less KP than usual. But that dress! Straight from the BOTD wardrobe. If in doubt, get boobs out. We love us some sheer panelling and those deep Vs are a BOTD signature. Kelly has never looked so good… Until I watched her new music video this morning. Basically it’s Kelly writhing around with a bunch of hot muscle dudes in their pants. Then her in her pants. Then a glittery body stocking. Then in a bikini with an elephant and a giant marathon tin foil blanket. YouTube it. I’m not making it up. A-mazing!

I breathed a sigh of relief last night when Kelly and Tulisa stepped out onto the X Factor stage. The glitz and glamour (and Kelly’s hair) was back. They obviously got my memo and “put it down” with metallics and feathers and sparkles. Welcome back, girls.
