Moschino is known for its bonkers approach to fashion and the front row won’t have been disappointed by the show today. It was an early start for fashionistas in Milan this morning but fortunately Moschino had the good will to stream the show live on their website which unlike other shows, even worked on iPad. Woop!
The collection was a bizarre parade of toy soldiers meets Nutcracker meets cowboys meets bikers.
Most exciting for me having to recreate the look, I instantly thought ” I already have that jacket! You may remember it from Ken’s Monaco Grand Prix shoot last May (one of my gave shoots ever by the way).
Of course I was pleased to see even more houndstooth. You know I can’t get enough!
I absolutely loved it and fell in love with Moschino all over again. Yes it was quirky and kookily styled but the actual clothes were all really pretty. Cute jackets. Puffy skirts. All adorable.
I was also thrilled to see a gorgeous puffy pleated skirt on the catwalk as I have just purchased something verysimilar on eBay. Talk about fashion forward!
