Sticking with the pink theme this weekend, a slinky, sexy little off the shoulder number. Caution flashbulbs= see through alert!  We all know how hard it is to pull off a red dress on a red carpet. but shocking pink? I advise only to be worn on black or (as seen here at BOTD Towers) leopard print carpet. Don’t you find it says VIP so much more than plain old rouge?
